Description
This 60-hectare property sits on a gravel-clay soil which allows the grapes to mature perfectly. They are harvested by hand and then merticulously sorted before plot-by-plot vinification takes place in stainless steel, cement and wooden vats.
It is then aged for 14 months in oak barrels, a third of which are new.
James Suckling : “Lots of blackberry, crushed-stone, bark and lead-pencil aromas. Full-bodied and tight on the palate with soft and pretty tannins that give it length and focus. 63% cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot, 5% petit verdot and 2% cabernet franc.”
