Description
The grapes that go on to create this concentrated and intense wine come from 40-year-old wines. After ageing in barrels for 9 months with regular racking, the wine bursting with notes of white peach and tropical fruits and is concluded with a slightly floral finish.

James Suckling : “A fresh and chalky white with more verticality and firmness, yet still with a round, mouth-filling structure. Medium body. Attractive stone fruit and pear at the core. Shows tension and crunchiness. Soft at the end. 70% sauvignon blanc and 30% semillon.”
