Description
Château de Carles is a wine that is mainly made from Merlot (about 90%), supplemented by Malbec and Cabernet Franc. From vines that are about thirty years old, these varieties are carefully cultivated according to reasoned methods.
The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine reveals itself to the wine lover in a register that is both melted and deep, charming and fruity. To be enjoyed in its early youth or during its ten years.
