Description
Chateau Quintus has just under 30 hectares of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon vines that are just under 30 years old. Their yields are limited in order to gain in concentration, the harvests are done by hand and are severely sorted. The vinification is done in stainless steel vats and involves gentle extractions.
The wine is aged in barrels for nearly 18 months. Supple, almost unctuous, the wine reveals with majesty all the know-how of the Clarence-Dillon family (Haut-Brion).
