Château Poujeaux
Moulis
Description
This Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel stretches over an area of 70 hectares, whose soil is composed of Günzian gravel, which creates beautiful concentrated grapes. After the grapes have been carefully selected and vinified, they are aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. When tasting this wine, it reveals a wonderful density, ripe fruit aromas, blackcurrant and plum, before it moves into a velvety, pronounced finish.
The iDealwine Primeurs tasting: “The nose is quite subtle and elegant around aromas of red fruits and light woody notes. The mouth shows a nice balance between power and freshness, the tannins are silky. “
