Château Haut-Bailly
Pessac Leognan - Graves Cru Classé
Description
The grand vin from Château Haut-Bailly is one of the most elegant from the whole Pessac-Léognan appellation. Its vines grow on 30 hectares which conatin sand, gravel and clay soils. Harvested by hand, the grapes are vinified by micro-plots in cement vats. The wine is aged for 16 to 18 months which at the end of time, is delicate, complex, balanced and made for cellaring.
The iDealwine Primeurs tasting: “The nose evokes red and black fruits. On the palate, the attack is soft, revealing a lovely, fluid, silky, digestible texture, acidulous juice and a long, salivating finish.”
