Château Clerc Milon
Pauillac - 5ème Grand Cru Classé

Description
In Pauillac, Château Clerc-Milon has produced a great wine for laying down which brilliantly combines a certain power with a fine grain of tannin. Depth, fruitiness and aromatic complexity are the hallmarks of this great cuvée, the result of meticulous attention to detail. Hand-picked grapes precede vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Aging lasts between 16 and 18 months in oak barrels, with the proportion of new wood hovering around 30%.
Vintage 2024 blend: 66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petit Verdot, 1% Carmenère.
Le Figaro Vin : “A rich, complex nose, combining peach pit, butter shortbread and a touch of iodized samphire. On the palate, we find apple flesh, yellow peach, as well as a texture and milky notes, the result of malolactic fermentation (a first for this cuvée), and a beautiful suppleness. “
