    • Description

    This second wine of the symbolic Domaine de Chevalier comes from seven hectares of white vines that grow on deep gravel and clay-gravel soils. The hand-harvested grapes are carefully sorted before fermentation takes place in wooden barrels and the wine is aged for 10 months.

    This blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon reveals aromas of white peach and grapefruit with a slight saline note in the finish.

    The 2024 blend: 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sémillon.
