Château Lagrange
Saint Julien - 3ème Grand Cru Classé

Description
In the heart of the Saint-Julien appellation, Château Lagrange has a beautiful heritage of vines that extends over nearly 120 hectares. These are carefully cultivated and enhanced by a parcel-based vinification which is characterized in particular by an ageing period of about 20 months in oak barrels with a proportion of new wood of 60%. Made for ageing, the wine is dense, generous, full-bodied, deep, rich and generous in aroma.
Vintage 2024 blend: 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot and 6% Petit Verdot.
iDealwine En Primeur Tasting Note:Fine, charming nose, combining floral notes and black cherry aromas. Beautiful attack on the palate, delivering a sapid body, bursting with notes of blood orange. Silky, round texture, salivating, well-structured finish. ”
Le Figaro Vin : “A refined nose, with aromas of tobacco and cedar for a certain classicism, but also hints of Ente plum, cherry and wild strawberry. The palate is generous, with a lively, energetic texture and a lovely clay texture. There is a certain tension, supported by a very fruity structure, followed by a greedy finish. “
