Description

This wine is made from Merlot (the majority), Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc vines which, at around 35 years of age, draw their nobility from clay and limestone soils, encouraged by HVE-certified cultivation. Manual sorting is followed by vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
