Château Olivier white
Pessac Leognan White - Graves Cru Classé

Description
One of only six estates in Pessac-Léognan to enjoy the title of Grand Cru Classé for both its reds and whites, Château Olivier devotes eight hectares out of 60 to the production of its whites. Nearly three-quarters of the blend is Sauvignon Blanc, with Semillon adding exotic touches and a fine touch of Muscadelle adding delicate floral fragrances. A great white wine from Pessac-Léognan that can be appreciated both while young and after a long period in the cellar.
Vintage 2024 blend: 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon.
iDealwine En Primeur Tasting Note: A wine that expresses itself both on the nose (beautifully fruity, aromatic) and on the palate. It explodes with energy on contact with your palate, with its volume, giving way to great length and a salivating finish. According to its representative, this is a wine which, thanks to its acidity, can be kept for 10 years without any problem. Our favorite. ”
Le Figaro Vin : “Lemon curd, almond blossom and sweet herbaceous notes contribute to the freshness of the nose. The palate is greedy, mineral and fleshy, with tasty notes of lemon and yuzu. “
