Château Meyney
Saint Estephe

Description
The château is located on an exceptional terroir in close proximity to the Garonne, extending across 50 hectares of vines. Its origins date back to 1662 and the domain has experienced a significant rise in recent years, making it an important reference in Médoc. Once the harvest by hand has taken place, the grapes are sorted and vinified parcel by parcel, before being placed in wood. Dense and complex aromas of black pepper, plum, and blackberries are prominent on the palate.
Vintage 2024 blend: 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot
Wine Advocate: “ The 2024 Meyney reveals a brooding, dark bouquet of dark berries, spices and oak. Medium-bodied, firm and compact, it’s built around brittle tannins, concluding with a cigar-inflected finish.”
