Château Malescot St Exupery
Margaux - 3ème Grand Cru Classé

Description
It is in Margaux that the Château Malescot Saint-Exupéry is located. The vines cover about twenty hectares. Of course, the star of Bordeaux’s left bank, Cabernet Sauvignon is in the majority, complemented by other varieties typical of the region such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The wines of this Grand Cru Classified in 1855 are sought after for the subtle balance between the freshness of the fruit, the aromatic complexity linked to the ageing and to a well-deserved cellaring period, as well as to a texture that is both ample and delicate.
Vintage 2024 blend: 53% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot.
iDealwine En Primeur Tasting Note: This 2024 vintage shares aromas of red fruits such as redcurrant and cherry. Subtle notes of spices such as cumin and black pepper are also present. On the palate, Malescot Saint-Exupery 2024 has a supple attack with silky tannins and good acidity. The finish is long and fruity. ”
Le Figaro Vin : “Sun-kissed flowers and ripe red fruit make up an opulent bouquet, seductive as a count with a handlebar moustache. Enveloping on the palate, unctuous, with present tannins and a juicy finish. “
