Château Cos Labory
Saint Estephe - 5ème Grand Cru Classé

Description
Château Cos Labory is a Saint-Estèphe 5ème grand cru classé owned by the Audoy family. Parents and children work in the beautiful terroirs of the 18-hectare property. Cabernet Sauvignon makes up the lion’s share of the vines, amounting to 60%, while 35% are Merlot and the last five percent, to add a touch of elegance, are reserved for Cabernet Franc. The result of the blend is balanced and sincere, which reflects the brilliant gravel terroirs on the banks of the Gironde.
Vintage 2024 blend: 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc.
iDealwine En Primeur Tasting Note:Intense aromas of jammy black fruit. The palate is velvety and silky, with a fine infusion of tannins (25% new oak). ”
Le Figaro Vin : “Power, depth and juicy fruit are the hallmarks of a warm, mischievous, peppery nose. Satin-smooth and limpid, the palate is softer and looser, with a smoky edge. “
