Description

This benchmark estate for the great red wines of Moulis was founded in 1720. Its name, meaning “to chase the blues away”, was inspired by a work by French poet Baudelaire. Since 2000, Céline Villars has been running the estate with an expert hand, caring for the vines that grow on its gravelly soils. On the palate, this wine has a generous, velvety mouthfeel, with notes of oak and spices.

The 2024 Blend: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot.
